Booking & Cancellation Policy
We’re delighted you’ve chosen to join our CPD Veterinary Dental Workshop.
To reserve your place, full payment of the course fee, including VAT, is required within 5 days of registration. Your place will be secured once payment has been received.
Please complete all of the required fields when making your payment, ensuring your details are entered accurately to help us match your payment to your course registration.
As places are limited and course planning begins well in advance, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
However, you are welcome to transfer your place to a colleague within your practice or to another veterinary professional. Simply let us know the new delegate’s name and contact details before the course, and we’ll update our records to ensure they receive all the relevant course information.
