Referrals Out of Hours

Our referral team is here to help!

If you require advice or wish to discuss an urgent referral outside of our regular hours just call us on 01592 407788. When prompted, please select the appropriate option to be put through to one of our referral team. There is no charge for our advice.

If you have time ahead of your call, please email radiographs and history to referral@fergusonvetclinic.co.uk.

If your pet has recently been discharged from our clinic following surgery and you have an urgent concern, you can also contact our on-call surgeon for advice. Many issues can thankfully be managed through your local vets but if we feel it is best for us to manage the issue we can arrange an urgent re-examination appointment.

Please only use this service if you are a veterinary surgeon or the owner of a pet who has recently been discharged following surgery.

Please note, any consultations and surgery performed out of regular hours will be subject to an urgent/emergency surcharge.
